依據行政院消費者保護會相關決議辦理，為強化個人資料保護觀念，請各單位於蒐集、處理及利用個人資料時，確實遵守個人資料保護法及相關法令規定，並注意下列事項：
一、 蒐集個人資料應具有合法依據，並以業務執行所需範圍為限，不得過度蒐集。
二、 個人資料之利用應符合原蒐集目的；如有特定目的外利用情形，應符合個人資料保護法規定或依法取得當事人同意。
三、 利用個人資料進行通知、宣導或行銷時，應尊重當事人意願；當事人表示拒絕後，應立即停止相關利用行為。
四、 個人資料之蒐集、處理及利用應遵循誠實信用原則，並採取適當保護措施，避免個人資料遭不當使用、洩漏或侵害。
五、 請各單位將個人資料保護相關注意事項位轉知學生會等組織，並提醒學生應重視並落實個人資料保護之重要性。

Pursuant to the relevant resolutions of the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan, and in order to strengthen awareness of personal information protection, all units are requested to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations when collecting, processing, and using personal data, and to pay attention to the following matters:
1. The collection of personal data must have a lawful basis and be limited to the extent necessary for the performance of official duties or business operations. Excessive collection of personal data should be avoided.
2. The use of personal data must be consistent with the original purpose for which it was collected. Any use beyond the specified purpose must comply with the Personal Data Protection Act or be conducted with the data subject’s consent as required by law.
3. When using personal data for notifications, awareness campaigns, or marketing purposes, the wishes of the data subject should be respected. Once the data subject indicates that they do not wish to receive such communications, all related use of their personal data should be immediately discontinued.
4. The collection, processing, and usage of personal data should be carried out in accordance with the principle of good faith. Appropriate security measures should be implemented to prevent personal data from being misused, disclosed, or otherwise compromised.
5. All units are requested to disseminate relevant personal data protection guidelines to student organizations, such as student associations, and to remind students of the importance of protecting and properly handling personal data.
